If for any reason a return visit is required, you will only need to pay for the initial visit and the cost of the parts plus labour to repair your fireplace. There is no additional service fee.

We also provide a preventative maintenance program to maintain your fireplace investment. Performing annual preventative maintenance to your fireplace, which is also strongly recommended by the fireplace manufacture, gives peace of mind for many trouble free years and reduces costly repairs.

Again our service technician comes prepared to inspect, clean and maintain your fireplace and detect any potential problems, thus enhancing your fireplace and maintaining a look like you just purchased your unit.
